"Google Update Error 0x8004071c"
This is because my computer was in audit mode and I had to take it out of that. So, to do that try the following
- Go to Run in Start Menu.
- Type regedit and select OK.
- In, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
- Scroll to SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup\State
- Right Click and Select Modify.
- Delete the value.
- Select Ok.
- Now try to run the chrome setup.exe
